Job Description:
Join PowerSchool’s Cloud Operations team to play an active part in managing and maintaining K-12 education technologies. Work in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere that responds to changing technology and business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solve and resolve issues with apps, instances, and tickets.
- Learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
- Be motivated and capable of working both alone and collaboratively.
- Identify and offer improvements to Cloud Operations procedures, documentation, and tools.
Skills Required:
- Proficient with the Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with cloud technologies like Azure and AWS.
- Manage and prioritize service requests to ensure that they are completed on time and with high quality.
- Use ticketing solutions such as Salesforce and Jira to track and handle service requests.
- Experience with RPA development or Power Automate earns you bonus points.
- Proficiency in important programming languages, including the ability to script and code in contemporary languages.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle is advantageous.
Required Qualification:
