We are seeking highly motivated candidates to become SDEs in our engineering team. Working with our seasoned engineers as an a SDE will provide you the chance to be involved in the conception, creation, and deployment of state-of-the-art backend systems. You will get practical experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies such as Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, Go, Elastic Cache, and Elasticsearch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to and address inquiries and grievances from clients.
- Gather the information that’s required to assist individuals in getting their accounts back.
- Know the policies and guidelines of your clients.
- Determine the issues that clients are having and report them, along with any product bugs.
- Provide clients with top-notch service.
