About the Job Position
You’ll be a part of Global Business Services, assisting with Procure to Pay processes. Your tasks include overseeing the procurement team’s daily operations and handling extra responsibilities as needed. Please keep in mind that you may be required to work in shifts from time to time according to company needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Using SAP MM/SAP Ariba, create, amend, and close purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Manage incoming requests from numerous sources, such as ServiceNow, mailboxes, IP2P, and so on.
- Monitor team inboxes and respond to customer and supplier requests about order progress, modifications, or invoice adjustments.
- Take responsibility for requests, offering timely follow-up and assistance throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to find possibilities for automation or improvement and to reinvent processes.
- In collaboration with internal departments, work to reduce the turnaround time for procurement requests.
- To fulfil cluster/regional SLAs, ensure that all jobs are performed within the timeframe indicated.
- On a quarterly basis, update and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with change management.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, and the India GST framework is advantageous.
- Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Team player with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
- Customer-focused and changeable.
Required Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Have 0-2 years of Procure to Pay operations experience.
