Job Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data (e.g., allowances, garnishments, overtime).
- Record Updates: Update payroll records (e.g., exemptions, insurance, deductions, job titles, transfers).
- Operations and Workflow: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare reports on earnings, taxes, deductions; compile YTD documents for audits.
- Communication and Support: Respond to tickets/emails; support team members as needed.
- Audit Compliance: Assist with SOX compliance and other audits.
- Confidentiality: Maintain payroll privacy and confidentiality.
