Job Description:
A customer service representative’s job is to answer calls from consumers and handle their basic questions, grievances, and complaints. Arranging the services that consumers desire while maintaining a professional corporate image over the phone is the main duty. The objective is to enhance the client experience by offering efficient and polite support.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support calls from the US.
- During the conversation, respond to and address questions and concerns from the consumer.
- As consumers require services, coordinate and set them up.
- Provide clients with information about your goods and services.
- Ensure that consumer inquiries are followed up on and resolved.
- Determine customer call patterns and report them to the supervisor.
