Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting Quality Assurance testing in compliance with the firm’s overall Quality Assurance standards
- Document the consequences of conformity or non-conformance.
- Oversee review findings and remediation to ensure all issues are closed in a timely fashion.
- Ad hoc regulatory or audit-related remedial programmes.
- Identify process gaps and offer resolutions; actively engage in calibration sessions.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to enhance quality performance.
- Perform all activities with little supervision and autonomously make judgements about the process.
- initiate and participate in process improvement efforts, such as automation projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Quality assurance, control testing, auditing, and compliance experience is desirable.
- Ability to detect and describe new or emerging risks to the business, getting to the why as quickly as feasible.
- Strong documentation abilities to effectively communicate test results.
- a detail-oriented and systematic approach to process and quality control.
- Ability to research, analyse, review, and document processes.
- Excellent organisational, written, and spoken communication abilities.
- Excellent hearing, understanding, and analytical abilities, as well as strong attention to detail.
