Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the PR (Purchase Request) to PO (Purchase Order) procedure.
- Assist the Sourcing team with indirect procurement efforts.
- Respond to client inquiries, both internal and external.
- Help clients with contract enablement and content.
- Send purchase orders to vendors and expedite deliveries as needed.
- Manage product/service claims and answer client questions.
- Modify or Cancel Purchase Orders, and create reports.
- Handle inquiries from various stakeholders.
- Create reports for Open POs, Blanket PO Expiration, and Contract Expiration.
- Maintain up-to-date transaction records.
- Manage priorities and deadlines successfully.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and client stakeholders.

- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
