Job Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to better understand project requirements and develop successful test plans and techniques.
- Create and manage automated test scripts with Java, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation, including as framework design, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Mentoring team members on automation techniques and technologies helps to build an innovative and learning environment.
- Conduct code reviews and give technical advise to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Analyse test findings and share insights with stakeholders to drive continual improvement in software quality.
- Keep up with industry trends and developing technologies in QA and automation to generate innovation and process improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritise testing efforts and guarantee the timely delivery of quality releases.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in software testing methods and techniques.
- Strong grasp of quality assurance methods and techniques.
- Experience developing and implementing test plans and techniques.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting test results, as well as experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, and others.
- Requirements for this position include knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python, strong communication and cooperation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
- Previous experience in consulting roles or client-facing jobs is beneficial.
